No. You can sign up completely remotely. We conduct an initial video call to assess your property's needs and then everything is handled from our Alicante office.
Access: 2 visits/year, document review, utility & community monitoring, incident reception, supplier access. Signature adds 6 visits, complex incident coordination, pre-arrival setup and admin support. Private adds monthly visits, full representation and multi-property management.
